A qualified candidate should be able to walk through a specific process you automated, including which tool(s) you used, how you used them, and the results of your efforts.

The Accounting Manager is expected to identify manual, time consuming processes, propose fixes, and implement them without waiting for instruction.

  • Support Payroll with expense and payroll processing on an as needed basis

  • Experience with enterprise Procure to Pay system (System administration experience is a plus)

  • Experience using a large ERP system (NetSuite experience is a plus)

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounting, preferably within the SaaS industry

  • Ability to independently manage priorities and workload and solve problems

  • Prompt, consistent responses to supplier and internal inquiries, resolved without repeated follow-up
