We are looking for a high-impact Accounting Manager for our growing team who is ready to roll up their sleeves and build with us. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of leadership and execution. You will be the backbone of our daily accounting functions while simultaneously building the scalable processes that will support our future. You love the "scrappiness" of a startup environment and find equal satisfaction in mentoring a team and personally nailing a complex reconciliation.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from one of our office hubs.


What you'll do:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for payroll, taxes and managing the annual audit.

  • AP Ownership: Oversee accurate data entry and timely processing of invoices.

  • Leadership: Manage payroll accountant and senior accountant.

  • Process Improvement: Help lead and identify ways to leverage our software suite to automate manual tasks and increase efficiency,

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the company to ensure spend is tracked correctly and deadlines are met.

  • Quality Control: Maintain a high bar for accuracy, ensuring that all financial records are audit-ready.

What we look for:

  • Experience: 5 years of related accounting experience including payroll and exposure to international financial operations, foreign subsidiaries, or cross-border transactions preferred

  • Experience: 1-2 years minimum management experience.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

  • Tech Savvy: You are comfortable navigating modern financial software and pick up new tools quickly.

  • Growth Mindset: You want to understand the "why" behind the numbers and grow into a more senior finance professional.

  • Attention to Detail: You take pride in the quality of your work and meet deadlines without reminders.
