Job Overview
We're looking for a talented Acquisition Marketing Manager to join PlanetArt's marketing team, focused on driving customer acquisition across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other paid social and offline channels. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing user acquisition strategies across both paid and organic efforts—scaling what works, optimizing relentlessly, and finding what's next.
This individual must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, bringing strong project management skills and a sharp eye for detail. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fluid environment where multitasking is the norm and adaptability is key. A "can-do" attitude and superb interpersonal skills—both verbal and written—are an absolute must.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Pleasanton area as we operate on a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Own customer acquisition and retargeting strategies, explore new partner and channel opportunities, and manage budget allocation and forecasting.
  • Campaign Management: Set up, manage, optimize, and report on campaign performance across paid social, search, and offline channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, interpreting data to derive actionable insights that drive optimization and inform strategic decisions.
  • Measurement & Tracking: Leverage Google Analytics, Tableau, and internal tools to ensure data accuracy and reliable flow-through between platforms and internal databases.
  • Cross-Device Journey Mapping: Map user touchpoints across mobile, desktop, and other devices to inform holistic acquisition strategy.
  • Creative & Testing: Partner with the Creative team to develop and iterate on ad creative, driving a rapid test-and-learn cycle at scale.

What You Should Have
Skills, Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving profitable customer acquisition at scale.
  • Deep hands-on experience executing and optimizing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, CTV, and other paid channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, and familiar with AI-powered marketing tools (creative generation, bidding optimization, etc.).
  • Experience with SEO, ASO, and mobile measurement platforms a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines, especially during peak seasonal periods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Business or Marketing preferred.

Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 annual salary.
