Seeking a strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing for AI Data Analytics products, focusing on market strategy, product positioning, and customer engagement.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for our AI Data Analytics application products. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, marketing expertise, and strategic vision to drive the adoption and growth of our AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and Semiconductor Customer Needs, combined with a proven track record in product marketing.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities, including but not limited to:
- Define the application requirements along with industry’s trend.
- Collaborate with ACS strategic partners to launch market-ready applications.
- Support Global Account Managers in ACS Solution penetration strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Product definition: Own the product marketing 4Ps including Go-to-Market Strategy, Product Structure and setting Product code in ERP, Product Definition including MRD and working with technical marketing to define roadmap, Pricing and Value assessment, and product marketing Promotion Plan.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, Total Addressable Market (TAM), pricing models, customer ROI, and competitive landscape. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position ACS Solutions effectively.
- Product Positioning: Define and communicate the unique value propositions of ACS Solutions. Craft compelling messaging and positioning statements that resonate with target audiences.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Work with BU and BDs for revenue planning and value penetration. Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
- Content Creation: Create and manage a variety of marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, target customer events presentations. Ensure all content is aligned with marketing objectives.
- Sales Enablement: Provide the sales account team with the necessary tools and training to sell ACS Solutions effectively. Develop sales kits, product demos, and training materials and conduct product sales trainings.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to align on roadmap strategy, anchor valid use cases, and develop customer success stories. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and define product offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline with applicable experience; MBA is desirable.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in product marketing. Experience with AI Data infrastructure products is highly desirable. ATE experience is plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud computing, data centers, and related infrastructure. Ability to translate technical concepts into product feature requirement.
- Experience in customer-facing support.
- Can-do attitude capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a global perspective.
Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):
- Knowledge of semiconductor supply chain behavior and needs.
- Software product marketing experiences.
- Knowledge and experience in the technology industry (AI, machine learning, cloud computing).
