Provides administrative and clerical support to a department, coordinating leadership activities and interacting effectively with executives, physicians, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include supporting departmental operations and handling office-related tasks. The role requires three years of administrative assistant experience; healthcare administrative experience and proficiency with Access, Adobe Acrobat, Publisher, and IDX are preferred.
This position provides administrative and clerical support to the Department. This position is responsible for assisting, coordinating and supporting the activities and responsibilities of Leadership. In addition, this position requires effective interaction with a wide variety of individuals on several different levels, including, but not limited to, Senior Executives and Physicians.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of Administrative Assistant.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree
- 3 years of Health care administrative assistant experience, including higher-level secretarial support, OR
- Equivalent in business courses and office.
- Access, Adobe Acrobat, Publisher and IDX.
