We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist. This position involves data entry, billing, and project coordination alongside our project admin team.

- Process documents and complete billing tasks
- Assist with time-off requests, safety reports, and general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Ability to work in the San Carlos office M-F, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
- Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- 3-5 years of admin experience, with construction or accounting knowledge as a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adaptable, strong communicator, and a good problem solver
