Administrative Services Manager

Full-Time: Exempt Position

  • $80,000 - $84,000 annually

The Administrative Services Manager will coordinate and perform a diverse set of support tasks, managing both staff and property, to ensure the organization and its facilities have the staff and resources needed to operate smoothly and efficiently.

What you will bring

Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

  • At least three years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably at the executive level.
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Must have excellent customer service/hospitality and writing skills
  • Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, working on projects while answering the phone and greeting visitors.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and perform simple mathematics.
  • Bachelor’s degree
