Job Description:

Job Description: Broadcom Global Operations is seeking an experienced HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) Procurement and Supply Chain professional to drive strategic sourcing, supplier management and capacity/supply planning for advanced memory products used in AI, data center, and high-performance computing applications. This role is critical to securing long-term HBM supply, managing cost structures, mitigating risk, and building resilient partnerships across the semiconductor ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Own memory procurement and supplier strategy: Develop multi-year supplier HBM/DRAM roadmaps to meet Broadcom needs, negotiate long-term supply agreements, pricing and capacity commitments. Balance cost, performance, yield, and supply security across suppliers.
  • Supply planning and capacity management: Partner with Business Unit, Product, and Planning teams to forecast HBM demand. Proactively manage tight supply environments and allocation risks.
  • Manage supplier relationships: Own tier-1 memory supplier relationships, track supplier performance: quality, on-time delivery, yield, and cycle time. Establish dual/multi-sourcing strategies where applicable.
  • Cross-functional engagement: Support finance in budgeting and long-range planning. Work closely with Product Engineering, NPI, Legal and Finance to support HBM business as required.
  • Manage project risk, anticipate issues and address/resolve complex problems. Create innovative solutions to achieve the highest quality for given cost constraints.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
  • 8+ years of experience in Semiconductor industry experience and sourcing.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor / memory manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in managing external suppliers and customers. 
  • Strong problem-solving ability and prioritization. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-moving environments with data driven decision making.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or Business. 
  • Experience in memory companies and understanding of AI Supply Chain and Logistics constraints.
  • Basic knowledge of ATE and DFT (Design For Test).

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $81,000 - $130,000 

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
