We are seeking a strategic, organized, and forward-thinking Advisor Marketing Operations & Enablement Manager to help strengthen and scale the operating model behind Wealth Enhancement’s Advisor Marketing function. 

This role will lead a team of Program Specialists and shared support resources responsible for supporting advisor marketing programs, DIY advisor support, internal enablement, scalable resources, and department-wide operational needs. The Manager will help ensure support is delivered consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with Wealth Enhancement’s growth priorities. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, developing people, driving adoption, and turning complex or unclear needs into practical solutions. The Advisor Marketing Operations & Enablement Manager will serve as a central partner across Advisor Marketing, helping the department reduce rework, improve platform and tool adoption, strengthen documentation, prepare for leadership discussions, and turn proven marketing tactics into repeatable resources. 

This individual will also serve as an AI adoption champion for Advisor Marketing, identifying practical ways to use approved AI tools to improve speed, documentation, training, resource creation, workflow efficiency, and team effectiveness while maintaining appropriate human review, compliance awareness, brand standards, and sound judgment. 

This is a remote role with travel for team retreats and advisor conferences estimated at 2-4 times per year.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
 

Leadership & Accountability 

  • Lead, coach, and develop Program Specialists, interns, and shared support resources through onboarding, performance management, prioritization, and professional development.  

  • Establish clear service standards, workflows, operating procedures, and expectations that create consistency and accountability across Advisor Marketing.  

  • Manage team capacity, service requests, and shared resources to ensure work aligns with departmental priorities and business demand.  

  • Support Advisor Marketing leadership by preparing agendas, coordinating updates, organizing discussion topics, documenting decisions, and tracking action items for leadership meetings and operating reviews.  

  • Develop leadership dashboards, summaries, presentations, and status updates that improve visibility into department priorities, risks, open decisions, and strategic initiatives.  

  • Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities for operational improvements, shared-service expansion, and stronger cross-functional collaboration.  

  • Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, curiosity, and service that enables the team to scale effectively. 

Operations & Best Practices 

  • Own the Advisor Marketing resource ecosystem, including SOPs, playbooks, templates, toolkits, process documentation, and knowledge management.  

  • Develop governance standards for creating, maintaining, organizing, reviewing, and retiring resources.  

  • Capture and scale advisor marketing best practices into repeatable frameworks.  

  • Reduce reliance on tribal knowledge through practical documentation, FAQs, workflow guides, and process maps.  

  • Partner across teams to standardize workflows and improve operational efficiency.  

  • Measure resource utilization, identify process gaps, eliminate duplication, and continuously improve operations.  

  • Define success metrics and leverage insights to strengthen service delivery and team effectiveness. 
     

Platform & Training  

  • Serve as the operational lead for Advisor Marketing platforms, vendor relationships, and marketing technologies.  

  • Maintain platform documentation, training resources, access processes, vendor communications, and enhancement tracking.  

  • Translate business needs into platform improvements, adoption strategies, and implementation plans.  

  • Design and deliver scalable training, onboarding, quick-start guides, videos, FAQs, office hours, and workflow education.  

  • Lead change management for new tools, processes, and platform enhancements through communication, reinforcement, and measurement.  

  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Creative, and vendors to improve platform performance and user experience.  

  • Increase adoption by making tools intuitive, practical, and directly connected to advisor growth and client experience. 
     

AI & Workflow Innovation  

  • Champion responsible adoption of approved AI tools and emerging technologies.  

  • Identify manual workflows that can be improved through AI, automation, or process redesign.  

  • Build AI-enabled workflows, prompt libraries, templates, and repeatable use cases.  

  • Apply AI to accelerate documentation, meeting summaries, training content, playbooks, campaign planning, and knowledge management.  

  • Establish governance for AI usage, including quality control, compliance, and human review.  

  • Measure AI adoption, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, accountability, and operational efficiency.  

  • Scale successful AI workflows across the department through documentation, training, and continuous improvement. 

 

Education | Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Operations, or related field; or equivalent as demonstrated through experience, training, military experience or other education considered. 

  • 46 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, enablement, advisor marketing, platform management, shared services, AI-enabled workflow improvement, or a related function. 

  • 2+ years of people leadership, team lead, or direct management experience preferred. 

  • Experience leading support teams, shared services, interns, contractors, vendor-supported resources, or cross-functional operating models preferred. 

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, advisor marketing, or a highly regulated environment preferred. 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work to completion. 

  • Comfort working across multiple platforms such as Salesforce, FMG/AMP, Canva, Wistia, Wrike, Microsoft Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Airia, or similar tools. 

  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, research, content drafting, training, process improvement, workflow automation, or leadership preparation preferred. 

  • Comfortable testing AI use cases, building prompts, documenting workflows, and training others on responsible AI usage. 

  • Ability to balance innovation with judgment, compliance awareness, brand standards, and data/privacy considerations. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation, training materials, stakeholder updates, leadership materials, and practical resources. 

  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured workflows, resources, recommendations, or operating models. 

  • Experience coordinating with vendors, technology teams, compliance, creative teams, operations, or cross-functional partners preferred. 

  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to see both the big picture and the operational steps required to execute. 

  • Curious, resourceful, and comfortable learning new tools, platforms, systems, and AI-enabled ways of working. 

  • Ability to influence without authority and drive adoption through clarity, partnership, accountability, and practical enablement. 

  • Ability to travel 2-4x a year 

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as this level is $95,300.00 - $152,500.00. However, the base salary range bolded above ($110,000.00 to $130,000.00) is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
