QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience 
•    Five (5) years Marketing Operations or Business Operations experience
•    Strong understanding of marketing technology stack and process optimization
•    Experience with project management and change management initiatives
•    Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memhpis, TN, Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight Location several times per week.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide strategic advisory support for marketing operations optimization, process improvement, and technology implementation across all marketing functions.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Responsible for strategic recommendations for marketing operations optimization and process improvement initiatives.
2.    Works collaboratively on advisory support for marketing technology evaluation, selection, and implementation projects.
3.    Maintains expertise in marketing operations, best practices and industry benchmarking for continuous improvement.
4.    Manages documentation and training programs to enhance marketing team operational efficiency.
5.    Maintains data governance and quality assurance frameworks to ensure marketing data integrity and compliance.
6.    Drives cross-functional collaboration on marketing operations projects and technology integration initiatives.
7.    Supports change management and adoption strategies for new marketing operations processes and technologies.
8.    Complies with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
9.    Performs other duties as assigned.
