Healthcare is broken at the first step: patients can't find the right care, understand what it costs, or access the medications they need. Mochi Health is fixing this.

We're building an AI-driven marketplace that makes healthcare discoverable—connecting patients to the right providers, transparent pharmacy pricing, and affordable medications. Over the past few years, we've grown rapidly by combining clinical expertise with technology that actually works for real people, not just hospital systems.

Our platform does what legacy healthcare can't: it gives patients transparent pricing before they pay, personalized medication management that follows them across providers, and long-term access to their own medical records. We're proving that healthcare can be more affordable, more human, and far more intuitive than what exists today.

Join a team that's rebuilding healthcare from the patient up. At Mochi Health, you'll work alongside people who value bold thinking, inclusive collaboration, and getting meaningful work into the world. If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it.

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to own and scale our partner ecosystem within the Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, drive patient acquisition through a network of publishers and creators, and contribute directly to program performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to execute a best-in-class program aligned with our business objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketer eager to build deep expertise in affiliate marketing, sharpen analytical skills, and grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner Recruitment: Actively identify and sign high-potential affiliates, including health bloggers, content creators, and niche publishers to expand our program's reach.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, handling everything from onboarding and activation to providing daily creative support.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor key KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS) to refine commission structures, manage incentives, and build out promotional calendars.
  • Compliance Auditing: Audit partner sites and social media to ensure all promotions align strictly with Mochi Health's brand guidelines and healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Data Reporting: Deliver regular performance analysis, reconcile data with Finance records, and investigate discrepancies related to tracking, payouts, and LTV.
  • Technical Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of tracking links, pixels, and UTM parameters; troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure data integrity.
  • Creative Coordination: Partner with internal design and marketing teams to request, update, and distribute high-performing banners, landing pages, and copy.
Who You Are
  • 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing with a track record of managing partner relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to track performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize toward incremental acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact) and a solid understanding of attribution and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; you are comfortable "selling" the Mochi Health value proposition to potential partners and creators.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in health & wellness, e-commerce, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Exposure to creator-led affiliate initiatives across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
