Healthcare is broken at the first step: patients can't find the right care, understand what it costs, or access the medications they need. Mochi Health is fixing this.
We're building an AI-driven marketplace that makes healthcare discoverable—connecting patients to the right providers, transparent pharmacy pricing, and affordable medications. Over the past few years, we've grown rapidly by combining clinical expertise with technology that actually works for real people, not just hospital systems.
Our platform does what legacy healthcare can't: it gives patients transparent pricing before they pay, personalized medication management that follows them across providers, and long-term access to their own medical records. We're proving that healthcare can be more affordable, more human, and far more intuitive than what exists today.
Join a team that's rebuilding healthcare from the patient up. At Mochi Health, you'll work alongside people who value bold thinking, inclusive collaboration, and getting meaningful work into the world. If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it.

Full-time / Onsite (5 days/week)
This is a Product Operations Associate role for someone who thrives in the space between strategy and execution. You'll work alongside the Clinical Product Lead, Clinical Design Lead, and cross-functional partners to keep the provider product moving — ensuring that features ship smoothly, feedback gets captured, and the operational details that make or break a product don't fall through the cracks.
You won't just track tickets. You'll be embedded in the day-to-day reality of how our platform serves providers — triaging issues and bugs, maintaining documentation, facilitating launches with the team, and surfacing patterns from provider feedback that shape what gets built next. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, operationally sharp, and genuinely curious about how healthcare products work in practice — not just in theory.
If you're the kind of person who sees a messy process and instinctively wants to fix it, and who can context-switch between a data pull, a provider escalation, and a launch checklist without losing the thread — this role was built for you.
What You’ll Do- Gather, organize, and synthesize provider feedback from surveys, support tickets, and direct outreach to surface actionable insights for the product team
- Maintain and improve product documentation — including workflow specs, internal wikis, and process guides
- Support the clinical provider portal roadmap by tracking feature progress, flagging blockers, and keeping cross-functional work streams aligned
- Pull and organize data (including via SQL) to support product decisions — tracking adoption metrics, flagging anomalies, and helping define success criteria for new features
- Triage and route operational issues that surface through the provider portal, working with engineering and clinical ops to drive resolution
- Support cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, clinical operations, compliance, and leadership to keep initiatives on track
- Help build and refine the operational infrastructure — templates, trackers, reporting cadences, and communication workflows — that enables the product team to scale
- Identify and provide solutions to bugs related to new features and existing software
- CS background is a plus
- You'll get hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle at a company where your work directly impacts providers and patients
- Mochi is at an inflection point — transitioning from a high-growth startup to a scaled marketplace, which means there's real process to build, not just maintain
- You'll work alongside clinicians, operators, and builders who care deeply about doing healthcare right — and who will invest in your growth
- This is a high-leverage role: the operational foundations you build will shape how the product team works as Mochi scales
- Competitive compensation and a front-row seat to product strategy as the team grows
