Overview

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Business team. This isn’t just a "client-facing" role; it’s a hybrid of digital marketing strategy and data analysis. You will own a set of partners, define growth strategy and optimization paths, and collaborate closely with the User Acquisition team on achieving growth goals. 

What you'll own

Northstar Objectives:

  • Champion Kikoff’s products and services and become the influential main point of contact for our active partners
  • Define Kikoff and Grant’s ambitious new user acquisition goals through account management, up/cross selling, product roadmap recommendations, and optimizations
  • Consistently overachieve monthly acquisition goals and grow your career as a contributing member of Kikoff

Affiliate Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned affiliate partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships and actively source and onboard net new partners
  • Communicate regularly with affiliates partners to understand their needs, provide support, and address any concerns or issues
  • Act as a liaison between affiliates and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, promotions, and campaign strategies
  • Provide support to existing and inquiring partners while building out scalable systems to support common partner needs 
  • Build and run new verticals and partner types, prioritize outbound targets by expected volume and fit, and take partners from outreach to live and performing
  • Attend major partner conferences to foster affiliate relationships, find new partnership opportunities, and represent Kikoff externally

Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Align partner strategy with User Acquisition goals and set clear roadmaps for achieving volume and quality KPIs
  • Work closely with affiliate partners to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Present strategic guidance and recommendations to partners to help them maximize their performance and reach their goals
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a related role with at least 2 years owning a partner book or channel with a budget
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Experience negotiating performance deals and can clearly articulate deal-making approach
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with affiliate partners and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable building a volume/budget forecast and an approach to achieve it
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions; proficiency with data software such as Tableau and Amplitude
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools (e.g., Impact, Appsflyer), proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), and familiarity with AI automation (Claude Cowork, Claude Code)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results and brings a “test and learn” approach
  • Experience with DTC, subscription, or fintech a plus.
Base Range
$110,000—$125,000 USD
