You enjoy shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers, guiding successful launches, and exceeding expectations. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.

As a Product Manager on the Agentic Experiences team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You own the agentic conversational container — the persistent surface where customers meet our agents — including the features and interactions within it and the strategy for rolling it out to customers. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing products that provide customer value in an experience whose behavior is probabilistic, not scripted. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and vision for the agentic conversational container that delivers value to customers

  • Owns the features and interactions within the container — conversation starters, chat and action history, and generative UI components — and defines the multi-turn behavior, disclosure, confirmation, and fallback moments that make an agentic experience feel safe

  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap

  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition, informed by conversation analytics and transcript review

  • Owns the roll-out strategy: eligibility, phasing, controlled release, adoption targets, and the readiness criteria that gate each expansion

  • Partners with Design, Tech, and other cross-functional teams on reusable conversational patterns

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  •   5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management, including for AI-powered customer-facing features whose output is probabilistic rather than deterministic

  • Working fluency in how modern agentic systems behave — large language models, orchestration, context and memory

  • Experience defining quality measurement for AI experiences, such as evaluation design, human review, or guardrail testing

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  •   Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

  •   Experience with conversational or assistant products, or generative UI assembled at runtime

  •   Applied knowledge of accessibility standards in dynamic interfaces

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
