What We’re Looking For


Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Agile Product Manager – Business Systems to join our team! The Agile Product Manager – Business Systems is responsible for and manages the overall applications product backlog, prioritizing stories according to changing business needs. Additionally, this position is responsible for the hands-on management of the Product Services team and Project Services team, including involvement in every area of the team’s core responsibilities and defined competencies.


On a typical day, you might:


  • Drive development and delivery using Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Participate in and facilitate (when needed) daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
  • Evaluate and report on the technical performance of assigned team members.
  • Discover and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications to deliver IT system outcomes that meet user and organization needs.

Qualifications


Required:

  •  Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum one (1) year of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development; OR 
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license. 
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.


Preferred:

  • Advanced degree.
  • Experience in any of the following areas: healthcare claims environment and applications development, demonstrated experience in SDLC, ALM, and SQL. Knowledge of Project Management principles and agile methodologies, and the ownership of product portfolio.
  • Supervision of two (2) or more employees or experience acting in a lead role position for at least one (1) year.
  • Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD or equivalent certifications desired.
