Job Summary & Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years in consulting, advisory, or executive engagement roles. 
    • Strong understanding of AI technology and marketplace trends. 
  • Technical Acumen
    • Conceptual understanding of AI-native engineering and differentiators among major AI services. 
    • Comfortable discussing AI strategy, although deep technical implementation experience not required. 
  • Communication & Influence
    • Exceptional public speaking skills for both large events and intimate executive sessions. 
    • Ability to influence C-level decisions and articulate complex concepts clearly. 
  • Other Requirements
    • Travel up to 20–25% annually for client briefings and conferences. 
    • Must be based in continental U.S. time zones. 

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $155,000.00 to $240,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?

The AI Advisor will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader for AI-Native Engineering, helping clients and internal teams understand the strategic value of AI-native practices. This role combines executive-level advisory, content creation, and collaboration across the organization to influence adoption and market positioning.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Thought Leadership & Content Creation
    • Develop original content such as blogs, whitepapers, and presentations to evangelize AI-Native Engineering. 
    • Represent WWT at external conferences, webinars, and industry events as a subject matter expert. 
  • Client Engagement
    • Lead and support executive briefings with customers, providing strategic guidance on AI-native engineering. 
    • Advise on AI strategy and governance or connect clients with the right internal experts when needed. 
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Maintain regular communication with delivery teams and presales roles to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. 
    • Support creation of internal enablement materials and maturity models when needed. 
  • Performance & Impact
    • Track engagement with opportunities and accounts related to AI-Native Engineering. 
    • Influence pipeline growth through thought leadership and advisory activities.
