A world-renowned leader in GPU acceleration, AI supercomputing, and end-to-end platforms powering generative AI, autonomous systems, digital twins, and large-scale data-center infrastructure used by virtually every major technology company is seeking an AI Developer to join a high-impact, rapidly growing Agentic AI initiative.
This is a hybrid position based in Israel, requiring on-site presence in Yokneam three times a week, together with close collaboration with global teams, including occasional evening meetings as part of cross-site coordination.

What does a typical day look like?
In this role, you will support the development of end-to-end Agentic AI solutions that address complex business challenges. Your day will include:
- Implementing components of RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows and AI-driven automation
- Writing clean, maintainable backend code in Python and working with SQL
- Participating in technical design discussions and translating requirements into clear development tasks
- Executing unit tests, validating end-to-end flows and supporting debugging efforts
- Collaborating with senior developers, architects, and global teams across engineering, IT and operations
- Engaging with end users to understand business needs and improve solution accuracy
- Taking part in design reviews, professional discussions and continuous improvement processes
This is a hands-on role with significant learning and growth potential in advanced AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop components within Agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration and RAG workflows
- Implement backend logic and data processing using Python and SQL
- Assist in writing technical specifications and user stories
- Support system integrations through APIs and enterprise connectors
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure solution accuracy
- Assist with troubleshooting and production support when needed
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and contribute to technical discussions
- Maintain clear documentation and follow best development practices
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software development (Python required)
- Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases or RAG workflows – an advantage
- Experience working with SQL databases
- Understanding of backend development concepts; familiarity with system integrations – advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and learning capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global environment
- Fluent Hebrew (spoken and written) – must
- High-level English
- Ability to work on-site in Yokneam three times a week
- Flexibility for occasional evening meetings
- Commitment to a long-term role (minimum two years)
