Who we are looking for
  • Deep understanding of generative AI workflows for video, creative, marketing, and advertising use cases.

  • Strong hands-on content creation skills across AI video, UGC, social content, and creative storytelling.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience educating teams, leading workshops, onboarding users, or training enterprise stakeholders.

  • Passion for helping brands, creators, and sales teams understand how AI changes modern content production.

  • Strong curiosity around emerging AI tools, creative trends, and the future of synthetic media.

What you will work on
  • Enterprise product demos: Lead structured, high-impact product demos for client stakeholders, tailored to specific use cases, industries, and workflows, while clearly communicating product capabilities and roadmap.

  • Educational sales tools & thought leadership: Develop keynote decks, presentations, and storytelling content for industry events and client meetings that position Higgsfield as a leader in GenAI creative.

  • Sales enablement assets: Partner with B2B sales to create personalized, brand-relevant creative assets for pitches, including branded UGC videos, editorial imagery, and ad concepts that clearly demonstrate Higgsfield’s value for each client.

  • Client adoption and training: Own onboarding, training sessions, and enablement materials for enterprise clients, supporting team rollouts and driving sustained product usage in collaboration with customer and sales teams.

  • Strategic collaboration with sales: Work closely with the sales team to define growth and sales strategy, identifying opportunities to better position Higgsfield’s products and increase adoption across enterprise clients.

  • Brand awareness & engagement: Represent Higgsfield both offline and online at industry events, workshops, and conferences, raising brand awareness, building top-of-mind presence, and driving adoption of our platform.

Your must haves

  • Strong understanding of generative AI tools and AI video workflows.

  • Experience creating compelling visual, video, or social media content.

  • Comfortable presenting live, teaching others, and explaining AI workflows clearly.

  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for customers, creators, and sales teams.

  • Experience supporting enterprise clients, agencies, creators, or GTM organizations is a plus.

  • Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of modern social/video content trends.

  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Active involvement in the AI creator ecosystem or experience using Higgsfield products is strongly preferred.

We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact and growth.

Base Salary Estimate: $110,000 - $125,000

In addition to cash compensation, we offer equity and a benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.
