AI Enablement LeadAbout the Role

We are hiring our first AI Enablement Lead to drive how AI is adopted across the company. This is a hands-on, builder-first role. You will spend most of your time embedded with teams, co-building AI workflows alongside the people who do the work, and helping departments unlock significant productivity gains.

The philosophy of this role is simple: enablement happens as a byproduct of building together. You will not be running a training program or writing curricula. You will be sitting next to people, understanding their actual work, and shipping AI-powered improvements with them.

You will report to the CTO and partner closely with leaders across our media, consumer products, and corporate functions. The role has high visibility with the executive team and the CEO.

What You’ll Do
  • Embed with teams across the company to understand how work actually gets done and where AI can have the biggest impact
  • Co-build AI workflows, automations, and tools alongside team members so they can maintain and improve them after you move on
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities for automation in finance, legal, HR, media production, and consumer products
  • Establish baselines, instrument tools, and produce credible measurements of time saved, cost avoided, and quality improved
  • Run department-level showcases and competitions that surface the best work and create momentum across the organization
  • Partner with the People team to integrate AI proficiency into hiring and performance management
  • Stay at the frontier of AI tooling and bring the best ideas from outside the company into Beast
What We’re Looking For
  • Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, automations, internal tools). You should be able to show us things you have built.
  • Comfort across the stack: prompt engineering, data architecting, evaluation, and basic deployment. You don’t need to be a full software engineer, but you should be able to spin up an environment and ship something useful.
  • Strong product and systems thinking. You are good at walking into an unfamiliar workflow and quickly identifying where the leverage is.
  • Excellent communication skills. You can explain technical concepts to non-technical people and build trust with skeptical stakeholders.
  • Self-directed and resourceful. When you don’t know something, your instinct is to figure it out, not to wait for someone to tell you.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI. You follow the space closely, you experiment with new tools as they come out, and you have opinions about what works and what doesn’t.
Bonus Points
  • Background in developer relations, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering
  • Track record of helping non-technical teams adopt new tools or workflows successfully
  • Public presence in the AI community: tutorials, threads, talks, open source, or content creation
Why This Role

This is the first dedicated AI hire at Beast Industries. You will have the latitude to define what AI looks like across one of the most ambitious entertainment and consumer products companies in the world. The work is unusually broad, you will touch every part of the business, and the impact will be visible from day one. If you want to build, teach, and ship in equal measure, and you want to do it at a company that moves fast and thinks big, we would love to talk.

How to Apply

Send us your resume along with one or two examples of AI work you are proud of. This can be a tool you built, a workflow you automated, a piece of writing about AI, or anything else that shows us how you think and what you can do.

BenefitsThe Perks, Why Work On the MrBeast Team
