C3 AI is looking for an AI Engagement Manager to drive the successful delivery of Enterprise AI solutions for the world’s largest organizations.

As an AI Engagement Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end solution lifecycle—designing, deploying, and scaling AI applications that deliver measurable business impact. You’ll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional teams, and shape AI strategies that transform entire industries. Expect regular customer interaction and travel to client sites (up to weekly).

AI Engagement Managers work on highly impactful projects. Examples include:

  • Generative AI to streamline global manufacturing planning for one of the world’s largest manufacturers.
  • AI/ML to optimize agricultural yields for a leading global sugar producer.
  • Predictive maintenance to maximize uptime for a top building materials company.
  • Forecasting and raw-material optimization for a major process manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

  • Define High-Value Use Cases by partnering with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies to identify and scope impactful AI opportunities.
  • Deliver Measurable Value by establishing and tracking economic impact metrics to ensure success.
  • Advise on future AI roadmaps and partner with Sales to grow customer adoption.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and detailed project plans.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product, DevOps) to deliver cutting-edge AI applications.
  • Anticipate risks, remove obstacles, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Shape the Product Roadmap by gathering Insights from these strategic customer engagements and directly influence C3 AI’s long-term product strategy, driving innovation and scalability across the platform.
  • Run project governance, status reviews, and executive updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or technical Master’s) preferred.
  • 4+ years in consulting, product delivery, or enterprise transformation with exposure to AI/ML.
  • Strong business acumen and technical fluency.
  • Proven ability to lead customer engagements and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with sectors like tech, energy, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or public sector.
  • Analytical, customer-focused, and passionate about AI innovation.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.

California Base Pay Range
$112,000$197,000 USD
