About GrowthX AI

At GrowthX, we’re building the modern growth engine for marketing teams. Since launching in 2024, we've grown from concept to eight-figure annual revenue. To date, we've raised a $12M Series A led by Madrona Venture Group and we partner with 60+ companies ranging from high-growth startups to industry leaders like Lovable, Webflow, Ramp, Superhuman, Strapi, Abnormal Security, and Augment Code.

We’ve built something different: an operating system that unifies powerful AI workflows with forward-deployed experts to transform content into compounding organic growth. We’re building the growth infrastructure marketing teams wish they’d always had — the system that reliably turns context into strategy, strategy into execution, and execution into measurable growth.

We’re hiring an Engagement Manager to help scale our Growth Agency. This is not your typical account management role — we’re looking for someone who thinks beyond playbooks for someone deeply curious, driven by first-principles thinking, and excited to help define what modern service delivery looks like in the age of AI.

You’ll be the connective tissue between our clients, internal teams, and evolving product offerings — helping clients succeed while shaping how we scale service delivery.

You might be a fit if you…

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in account strategy, account management, program management, or customer success — ideally in an agency or high-touch SaaS environment.

  • You know how to navigate complex organizations — building relationships across multiple stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to executive sponsors.

  • Are an excellent communicator who is comfortable running structured, high-impact business conversations

  • Have a commercial mindset — you understand client value, spot growth opportunities, and know how to align solutions with business outcomes.

  • Can confidently quarterback across internal teams (product, engineering, design) to advocate for your clients while protecting internal bandwidth.

  • Are highly organized, detail-driven, and great at managing competing priorities.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.

  • Are intellectually curious, and have heavily experimented with or implemented AI and automation tools in your daily work.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the strategic lead for a portfolio of clients, owning the relationship post-sale and driving long-term success.

  • Deeply understand and translate client goals and feedback into a clear strategy, communicating any product or delivery requirements to our internal teams.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients get the most out of our services and platform.

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and partner with sales to drive growth.

  • Maintain a clear pulse on account health across your portfolio — identifying risks early, understanding their root cause, and driving a resolution before they escalate

  • Develop scalable processes and playbooks to improve how we manage accounts as we grow.

  • Communicate with clarity and confidence in both internal and external settings.

  • Stay curious and informed about new tools, trends, and use cases in AI and automation - and bring those insights to our team and clients.

Bonus points if…

  • You’ve worked in a high-touch agency or consulting environment.

  • You’re familiar with B2B SaaS or technical service delivery.

  • You’ve built processes or systems to improve client engagement and retention.

  • You’ve spent countless hours with tools like Claude & ChatGPT.

Perks:

🌍 Fully Remote Work

  • Work from anywhere—your productivity, your space!

  • We help set up your work environment to enable your best work.

  • Minimal meetings and async communication for deep focus

🏖 Ample Time Off

  • Enablement for you to recognize your countries holidays
