This role will partner closely with senior leaders and AI governance teams to help execute governance processes, coordinate stakeholder activities, maintain AI portfolio reporting, and support the responsible adoption of AI capabilities.

In this role, you will:
- Support the execution of Technology's AI governance framework and operating model.
- Coordinate AI governance processes, including intake management, use case tracking, approvals, inventory maintenance, and reporting activities.
- Partner with Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams to facilitate governance reviews and ensure required documentation is completed.
- Maintain governance artifacts, process documentation, operating procedures, and control inventories.
- Prepare materials, agendas, meeting notes, and action-item tracking for governance forums, leadership reviews, and decision-making meetings.
- Monitor AI initiatives for risks, dependencies, issues, and milestones, escalating concerns and supporting mitigation efforts as needed.
- Support portfolio management activities, including status reporting, financial tracking, and use case inventory management.
- Analyze governance, adoption, and portfolio data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring leadership attention.
- Assist in evaluating AI investment opportunities by gathering data, developing analyses, and preparing recommendations for leadership review.
- Develop presentations, executive summaries, dashboards, and reporting materials for senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities that improve governance effectiveness, operational readiness, and AI program execution.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance transparency, and strengthen governance practices.
- Assist with regulatory, audit, risk, and compliance-related requests associated with AI initiatives.
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of Program Management, Governance, Strategy, Consulting, Risk Management, or related experience
- 3 years of experience supporting large-scale programs, governance initiatives, or transformation efforts across multiple stakeholder groups.
- 2 years of experience supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), data, analytics, or emerging technology initiatives.
- Knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance, or regulatory oversight processes.
- Experience with portfolio management, executive reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Experience developing presentations, business cases, communications, and leadership materials.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with operating models, process improvement methodologies, and organizational transformation efforts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across a highly matrixed organization
