What you'll do:

Market and Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct industry research and competitive analyses to inform new category development and partnership strategies
  • Analyze analytics data to drive decision-making and market positioning
  • Generate regular reports and insightful presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and support leadership decision-making

Business Development

  • Identify high-value partnerships and prospect for the key decision-makers needed to achieve category growth and revenue targets
  • Work in tandem with a Business Development Representative to efficiently manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting 
  • Meet or exceed established individual and team sales quotas

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Marketplace teams to ensure alignment on initiatives, KPIs, and OKRs
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team

Requirements

What you'll have:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SaaS Business Development, Partnerships, Performance Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to execute effective business development strategies
  • Demonstrates the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and analytics data to drive decision-making and performance improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships both internal and external to the organization
  • AI Native mindset — comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to drive efficiency, insights, and innovation across business development and marketing strategies
  • Technical Skills including:
    • Analytics: Tableau, Looker, Domo, Qlik
    • Business Intelligence: ZoomInfo, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Seamless, Lusha, Clearbit
    • CRM: Salesforce, Hubspot, SAP
    • Analyst-level proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets
