About The Role:

We're looking for a recent college graduate to join our team as an Associate Sales Enablement Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career at the intersection of technology, sales, and customer experience. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our AI-powered sales and customer success tools, ensuring they deliver exceptional results while you develop valuable skills in AI operations, sales technology, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do:

Daily Monitoring & Quality Assurance:
Monitor AI agent conversations with prospects and customers in real-time to ensure quality interactions. Review conversation logs for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment while identifying areas for improvement. Learn to spot patterns and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Content Management:
Update and maintain content libraries including email templates, conversation scripts, objection handling guides, and product information. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify content gaps and ensure our AI tools have access to current, compelling messaging. Partner with the AI tool to provide the content and consistent clean-up. 

Problem-Solving & Support:
Troubleshoot basic AI agent issues such as conversation flow problems or content delivery errors in collaboration with various teams across PagerDuty. Document issues clearly and escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams. Serve as a helpful resource for internal teams using our AI tools.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track key metrics like conversation completion rates, response times, and conversion data. Create regular reports highlighting what's working well and where we can improve. Present findings to team members with practical recommendations.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to keep AI messaging aligned with product updates and campaigns. Communicate user feedback to help shape future improvements to our AI tools.

What We're Looking For:

Education & Mindset:
Recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field. Eager to learn and grow in a technology-driven environment.

Skills & Strengths:
Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable with technology and excited to learn new software platforms quickly. Basic understanding of how sales and customer interactions work. Organized multitasker who can prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in analyzing data for trends & insights. 

Why This Role:

The base salary range for this position is 60,000 - 100,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
