About Solace

Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.

We're a Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our U.S. based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.

Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who is AI-native — someone who instinctively reaches for AI tools to move faster, think bigger, and produce better work. This role sits at the center of our paid growth engine, and you'll be expected to build and optimize creative workflows using AI from day one.

This is an execution-heavy role with real ownership. You'll produce ad creative, build campaigns, analyze performance data, and iterate — all at a pace that only someone fluent in AI-assisted workflows can sustain. You'll report into Growth leadership and collaborate closely with Brand, CRO, and Product.

Ideal candidates have ~1 year of experience at a performance marketing agency (or equivalent in-house experience) and a demonstrable track record of using AI tools to produce creative assets, analyze data, or accelerate marketing workflows.

Applicants must be based in the United States.

This is an in person role for 2025 or 2026 college graduates in our Redwood City office, 3 days a week.

What You'll Do

Build AI-Powered Creative Workflows

  • Produce high-volume ad creative (static, video, and copy) using AI tools end-to-end — from concept through final asset

  • Develop and maintain repeatable AI workflows for rapid creative testing and iteration

  • Stay on the bleeding edge of AI creative tools and bring new capabilities into the team's stack as they emerge

Execute Across Paid Channels

  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms

  • Set up and run structured creative tests (copy, hooks, formats, audiences)

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and assist with budget management and pacing to hit acquisition and efficiency targets

Analyze & Report on Performance

  • Track and report on key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and creative win rates

  • Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights

  • Identify trends in creative and audience performance to inform strategy

  • Translate data into clear recommendations for the team

Support Growth Operations

  • Assist with landing page copy and creative for CRO experiments

  • Collaborate with Brand to ensure ad creative is on-brand while optimized for performance

  • Help scope and QA new tracking implementations and attribution setups

  • Document processes and playbooks so the team can scale

What Success Looks Like

A high cadence of AI-produced creative that performs — driving down CAC, scaling spend efficiently, and generating a steady stream of winning ad concepts. You're shipping more creative in a week than most teams ship in a month because you've built the workflows to do it.

What You Bring to the Table
  • ~1 year of performance marketing experience (agency or in-house)

  • Fluency with AI tools for content and creative production (e.g., Higgsfield, Runway, Claude, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Kling, or similar)

  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and/or Google

  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and ad platforms

  • Bias toward action: you ship fast, learn fast, and iterate fast

  • Clear written and visual communication skills

  • High agency, strong ownership mindset, and genuine excitement about AI as a creative multiplier

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with healthcare, marketplaces, or regulated industries

  • Exposure to CRO, landing page optimization, or conversion tracking

Applicants must be based in the United States.

Up for the Challenge?

We look forward to meeting you.

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
