The AI Product Delivery and Supply Chain Senior Manager will lead the evolution of our BI capability into a product centric AI organization for Supply Chain and Parts. This role combines Supply Chain AI Strategy, AI delivery leadership on a scale, talent development, and tangible business value accountability. You will translate supply chain problems into productized AI solutions such as conversational assistants, enhanced part search, predictive replenishment, inventory optimization, value-based pricing, automation through Agentic AI and decision support. You will scale the delivery practice and ensure outcomes are realized and measured across the business.

Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with IT, business units, and executive leadership to ensure Data and AI platform capabilities are tightly aligned with evolving business strategies and priorities
- Lead AI product strategy and execution by working with business teams to discover, prioritize, and deliver analytics and AI use cases that drive measurable outcomes
- Partner with BU teams, Data & AI platform and Enterprise Data Governance teams to define and execute a roadmap and to build a data foundation based on prioritized use cases
- Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
- Translate business problems into Conversational AI, Agentic AI, or ML solutions with clear data requirements and success criteria
- Lead product lifecycle management, including Model development, testing, production rollout, incident response, monitoring, performance tuning, and ongoing enhancement
- Operationalize self service analytics capabilities and scalable data pipelines across BU to accelerate insight delivery for business stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders to influence decision-making and embed analytics into core processes and measure ROI & business impact
- Define required skillsets and build talent to develop AI and cloud capabilities across businesses.
- Lead and develop analytics managers and team leads, growing individual capability across data science, and advanced analytics Manage program delivery, track KPIs and ROI, and present business facing scorecards and updates to stakeholders and steering committees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 7+ years of experience delivering AI solutions at enterprise scale, including production ML/AI deployments
- 5+ years of experience of leading AI and analytics teams across a large organization
- 5+ years of experience in product leadership or end to end ownership of data or AI products
- 5+ years of experience success building, upskilling, and leading cross functional analytics and AI teams
- 5+ years of experience in cloud based AI and analytics (e.g., AWS, Azure or GCP)
- 5+ years of experience in ML lifecycle, generative AI, Agentic AI, MLOps, and production engineering
- 5+ years of experience in being a thought leader and advocate for analytics, AI, and data-driven decision-making to solve key business problems and generate tangible business value
- 5+ years of experience to translate complex technical insights into clear, compelling narratives tailored to executive, technical, and operational audiences
- 5+ years of experience in orchestrating collaboration across architecture, product management, business teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of Data and AI capabilities
- 3+ years of experience managing and prioritizing capability backlogs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing PMO activities to ensure timely delivery and value realization
- 3+ years of experience stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Master's degree in AI, ML, Data Science, or related field
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or parts domains
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with federated governance, data cataloging, lineage, and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience measuring and reporting ROI for AI initiatives and presenting to executive stakeholders
