A successful candidate will focus on supporting Fleet Link and Ground Support Information Systems for e-Enabled aircraft.

- Consult with internal and external customers to clarify and refine complex requirements
- Install, Request and Configure user access in multiple environments and applications
- Ability to travel 20% of work time
- Flexibility to support off-hours and on-call shifts

- Experience with all aspects of Windows Desktop Administration
- Experience in Network/Application Troubleshooting Background
- Experience with Networking and OSI
- Experience in Presentation and Communication skills
- Experience with Customer Support
- Experience with Application Support and Installations

- Ability to be 100% onsite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with WIFI and Cellular connection Troubleshooting
- Networking, Security or Application analysis background
- Basic knowledge about private/public keys, digital certificates, PKI
- Networking, Security or Application analysis background
- Experience with Service Now and GSEP, MARS and STARS
- VCenter, Virtual Platforms, Virtual Machines
- On Call rotations
- Detail Oriented and Process Driven
- Exceptional problem Solving and analytical skills
