Job Description: 

Leads a team of engineers responsible for the overall design and development of integrated end-to-end hardware and/or software systems for artificial intelligence (AI) products and autonomous systems and/or evaluation and development of deep learning (DL) hardware structures and interfaces that accelerate DL software.

Directs, guides, and manages the activities of implementing, integrating, and troubleshooting computer, information, and software systems, including software and hardware components related to AI.

Oversees the development of largescale continuous delivery systems that standardize and streamline AI product development from initial requirements to customer delivery using simplified systems workflow.

Impacts and influences the AI product roadmap and development based on profound comprehension of AI and deep learning algorithms, deep learning customer requirements, and deep learning software frameworks and develops new methods in the areas of reinforcement learning, policy learning, computer vision, machine learning, simulation, sim2real, autonomous driving, and robotics. Collaborates with other teams to analyze next generation requirements and opportunities and may influence and guide research and academic collaboration in the space of AI.

Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.

Successful candidates bring strong hardware and systems intuition, deep familiarity with GPU architecture and AI workloads, and the leadership to align architecture, silicon, systems, software, and go-to-market teams at scale.

This role ensures that product decisions are grounded in real customer usage, market constraints, and long term platform strategy-while raising the overall quality, consistency, and decision discipline of hardware product management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the hardware product strategy and multigeneration portfolio roadmap for AI GPU platforms and system solutions.
Establish clear product principles, priorities, and tradeoff frameworks to guide silicon, system, and platform decisions across teams.
Ensure roadmap coherence across architecture, silicon, systems, power/thermal, manufacturing, and lifecycle planning.
Build, lead, and mentor the Hardware Product Management team, setting expectations for technical rigor, decision quality, and execution discipline.
Establish best practices for requirements definition, roadmap development, customer input synthesis, and cross functional alignment.
Engage directly with strategic customers and partners to understand deployment environments, workload characteristics, and evolving requirements.
Translate customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements and platform priorities.
Represent the hardware roadmap and strategy in key customer and partner engagements as the senior product authority.
Align senior leaders across architecture, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and GTM around shared priorities and delivery commitments.
Serve as the escalation point for product level tradeoffs involving performance, power, cost, yield, schedule, and manufacturability.
Ensure tight alignment between hardware roadmap decisions and software enablement and platform readiness.
Drive innovation by identifying and integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into the product design and development process.
Serve as the product authority for AI GPU platforms, ensuring consistent product narrative and decision integrity across the organization.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, with 12+ years of experience in semiconductor, systems, or platform level product development.
-Demonstrated success leading hardware product management teams for complex silicon platforms or systems across multiple product cycles.
-Deep technical fluency in GPU architecture, semiconductor design, manufacturing, validation, and system integration, with the ability to arbitrate high impact tradeoffs.
-Proven ability to influence and align VP and SVP level stakeholders across engineering, architecture, systems, and got-o-market organizations.
-Strong track record of engaging strategic customers and partners to shape product direction and long term platform strategy.
-Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complexity, frame decisions, and represent hardware product strategy in leadership forums.
-Demonstrated commitment to mentoring PM talent, building strong teams, and raising the overall bar for product management excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, with 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, systems, or platform level product development.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $292,910.00-413,520.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
