Bolt Farm Treehouse exists to help couples slow down, reconnect, and strengthen their relationship through intentional, deeply restorative experiences. We are building a distinct brand centered on renewal, reconnection, and emotional transformation, creating beautiful, private environments that help people step out of the noise of everyday life and return to what matters most. More than a place to visit, Bolt Farm is designed to create meaningful change in the lives and relationships of the people we serve.
This is an exciting time to join Bolt Farm. As we continue to elevate the experience and build the team shaping what comes next, we are looking for people who want to do meaningful work inside a distinctive, growing company. For the right person, this is a chance to help build something special, a brand with real momentum, a clear mission, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Your TeamOur Strike Team connects technology with the work happening across Bolt Farm. We are building an operating system that helps teams know what needs to happen next, reduces manual coordination, and gives people more capacity to deliver thoughtful, personalized guest experiences.
Your RoleBuild the technical foundation that makes those improvements reliable. As AI Systems Architect, you will design and implement the automation and AI layer connecting our workflows, tools, and teams. You will decide when to configure an existing platform, connect systems, or build something new.
This is a hands-on architecture role. Your work must function beyond a demo: people need to use it, exceptions need to be handled, and another builder needs to be able to maintain it. You will shape technical decisions across departments while staying close to the operational problem each system solves.

Document architecture and operating procedures so systems can be maintained without depending on one person.
Review other builders' work and share practical patterns for reliable automation.
3+ years building production automation systems or AI pipelines.
Hands-on proficiency with at least three tools or frameworks such as Python, n8n, Make, Zapier, Cursor, LangChain, CrewAI, or equivalent platforms.
A portfolio showing architectures you designed and systems you implemented for real users.
Experience evaluating and implementing build-versus-buy decisions.
Experience measuring operational or financial results from deployed technical work.
Experience building ClickUp Enterprise workflows, automations, and integrations at scale.
Experience supporting hospitality, guest experience, or other frontline service operations.
Experience as a technical founder, automation lead, or hands-on technical team lead.
Contributions to open-source automation or AI projects.
