The Role.

We are early in building our recruiting function. We are looking for someone who can build AI agents for recruiting and help to experiment with AI different tools to help scale the company. You will help deliver a great candidate experience and support process improvements, while scaling recruiting operations in a high growth environment. There is room to grow here as the team and function mature.

What You Will Do

  • Partner across the company and drive AI Recruiting Experiments across Giga

  • Own metrics and reporting for all Talent Matters (build dashboards, KPIs, etc)

  • Keep our ATS clean, structured, and moving with speed

  • Set structure for new roles and help refine our hiring process

  • Support sourcing and research with AI Technology

  • Raise the operational bar for the entire recruiting function and our industry

Must Haves

  • Experience working in fast paced or high growth startup environments

  • You have a strong academic foundation from a rigorous university; BSCS and MBA preferred

  • You have built agents before

Bonus Points

  • Experience with technical recruiting

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Experience with other recruiting tools, like Juicebox, Gem, Noon AI, Ashby
