- You speak fluent AI: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, D-ID, etc. You're ahead of the curve
- You know your way around Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and maybe even CapCut, Figma, or DaVinci
- You’re not afraid to test, fail, and iterate fast
- You know what actually works on social
- You’ve got 2+ years of experience in either content creation, video editing, or motion graphics
- You’re curious, independent, and creative with a great visual eye
