About the Role:
The AI Workflow Analyst is responsible for improving revenue cycle workflows through the use of AI and automation solutions. This role ensures alignment between business needs, operational processes, and technical development initiatives. The AI Workflow Analyst partners with operations, development, and business intelligence teams to design, implement, and optimize workflow solutions that support customer needs and business goals.
Location: Remote – United States
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Department: Artificial Intelligence
Reports To: Senior Vice President, Artificial Intelligence
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for automated workflows
Prioritize development work by balancing customer needs, technical considerations, and business goals
Work across operations, development, and business intelligence teams to support successful delivery
Communicate workflow updates, plans, and features to internal teams and stakeholders
Support the launch and adoption of new workflow solutions
Gather user feedback on AI automation and translate insights into ongoing improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in workflow design, operations leadership, or a similar role within healthcare revenue cycle
Experience supporting automation of revenue cycle processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with AI concepts such as robotic process automation, generative AI, and agentic AI applications
Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technical environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to present information to stakeholders at multiple levels
