Zenkraft by Bringg is the Salesforce-native shipping and returns platform, built for the AppExchange. Businesses use Zenkraft to rate-shop, print labels, track shipments and manage returns across a broad network of parcel and freight carriers - without leaving Salesforce. We sit where three ecosystems meet: the Salesforce platform, the carriers that move the goods, and the partners who design and implement our customers' tech stacks.

We're looking for an Alliances Manager to join our team.
You’ll own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across three partner types: ISVs, systems integrators (SIs) and carriers. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role.
You’ll recruit partners, enable them, run joint campaigns and co-sell on live deals. You’ll report to the Head of Sales and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit and grow ISV partners (Salesforce apps, ERP, OMS, WMS, commerce) through joint solutions and co-marketing
  • Enable Salesforce SIs to recommend Zenkraft in their implementations, and build referral, resale and co-sell programs
  • Drive referrals in both directions with carrier alliance teams, and align new carrier integrations with Product
  • Own partner pipeline in Salesforce: deal registration, account mapping, pipeline reviews and reporting
  • Create partner playbooks and enablement content
  • Represent Zenkraft at Dreamforce, partner events and industry conferences

In Your First 90 Days

  • Audit current partners and agree on pipeline targets
  • Choose focus partners for each type and launch joint account mapping
  • Register your first partner-sourced deals and run your first joint campaigns

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in partnerships, alliances or channel roles at a B2B SaaS company
  • A track record of generating partner-sourced pipeline against a target
  • Hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with SIs, ISVs or the AppExchange
  • Co-sell experience: account mapping, deal registration, joint qualification
  • Strong presence with both partner executives and technical teams
  • A builder’s mindset and comfort working in a small, fast-moving team

Nice to have: a background in shipping, logistics or e-commerce tech; carrier relationships; Salesforce certifications; or experience building a partner program early on.

Why Join

  • Build the partner program from the ground up, with direct impact on revenue
  • Work across three partner ecosystems in one role
  • Get real ownership on a 17-person team, with room to grow as the program scales
  • $120K–$170K OTE. The final amount within this range depends on several factors.
