This role is hybrid, based in the United States.

We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.

Who You Are

  • You bring 7+ years of logistics or supply chain operations experience, including US transportation and international freight.
  • Your background includes ownership of carrier and broker performance, complex cross-border shipments, and logistics service-provider relationships.
  • Strong quantitative skills, operational judgment, and executive communication support your ability to lead cross-functional process improvements.
  • Experience with US-Mexico manufacturing supply chains and IMMEX-related logistics is preferred.
  • High-value electronics, server, semiconductor, or contract-manufacturing experience, along with familiarity with TMS, ERP, freight audit, and logistics KPIs, is a plus.

What We Need

  • Own regional logistics performance across inbound, outbound, intercompany, and cross-border flows, with a focus on on-time delivery and shipment milestone adherence.
  • Manage freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and logistics service providers against service and cost expectations; improve routing guides, carrier selection, freight audit practices, and shipment visibility.
  • Coordinate US-Mexico shipments and contract-manufacturer movements, including customs documentation, inventory visibility, and exception resolution; partner with Trade Compliance and Mexico operations on IMMEX controls and reconciliation.
  • Lead issue resolution with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales Operations, and Customer Support while escalating regulatory interpretations, licensing decisions, financial disposition approvals, and policy exceptions to accountable owners.
  • Develop SOPs, dashboards, operating reviews, and contingency plans for critical lanes; use border-clearance time, freight cost, accessorial trends, and provider performance to reduce total landed logistics cost without compromising service or compliance.

What You Will Learn

  • Shape regional logistics processes that support Tenstorrent’s manufacturing, distribution, and customer delivery requirements.
  • Deepen your understanding of US-Mexico cross-border operations and IMMEX-related logistics through partnership with regional operations and Trade Compliance.
  • Translate shipment, cost, and provider-performance data into stronger operating controls, more reliable delivery, and practical cost improvements.
