Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

- You'll work individually and as part of a team to gather and analyze data using both qualitative and quantitative methods-all while you enhance your skills and refine your business acumen in the fast-paced insurance industry.
- You'll participate in a curated training curriculum to enhance your analytical and technical skills.
- This internship position will also allow you to explore a possible full-time position at Liberty Mutual, a global Fortune 100 company.
What you've got:
- You have 0-2 years of related professional experience.
- You are working towards a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred.
- You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- You have some experience with, or a strong desire to learn, technical tools and platforms, including Microsoft Excel; data and analytics technologies such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, and Snowflake; data visualization tools such as Power BI; and emerging AI tools and techniques used to support data analysis and business insights.
- You can commit to a full-time, 11-week internship program, starting on June 1st, 2027 and ending on August 13th, 2027.
- You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
