What You’ll Do
CoreWeave is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager with a strong developer-first mindset to help scale our global analyst relations program. This role will focus on analyst and influencer engagement across the developer and vertical ecosystem, while working closely with CoreWeave subsidiaries including Weights & Biases and Monolith.

You will help analysts understand not just what CoreWeave offers, but how developers actually use it, from experimentation and MLOps to production deployment. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and developer marketing teams to ensure CoreWeave’s story is grounded in real-world developer workflows.

About the Role:

  • Support and execute analyst relations programs with a strong focus on developers, platforms, and technical practitioners.
  • Lead analyst engagement around developer workflows, APIs, tooling, performance, and usability across CoreWeave and its subsidiaries.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with industry analysts and developer-focused influencers, including briefings, demos, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate analyst engagement for Weights & Biases and Monolith, highlighting how these platforms integrate into and enhance modern developer and ML workflows.
  • Translate complex infrastructure and platform capabilities into clear, developer-relevant narratives for analysts.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and developer marketing teams to surface authentic use cases, customer stories, and hands-on examples.
  • Support major analyst evaluations and research related to cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, MLOps, and developer tools.
  • Develop technical briefing materials, demo narratives, FAQs, and competitive positioning focused on developer experience.
  • Track analyst sentiment and research related to developer platforms, AI tooling, and ecosystem trends.

Who You Are:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in analyst relations, developer marketing, product marketing, or technology communications.
  • Strong understanding of developer audiences, including cloud-native, AI/ML, and platform engineering communities.
  • Experience engaging with analyst firms and independent analysts who cover developer platforms, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with developer tooling such as APIs, SDKs, MLOps platforms, observability tools, and data infrastructure.
  • Ability to deeply understand technical products and explain them clearly without losing nuance.
  • Excellent storytelling skills rooted in real developer workflows and outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with highly technical 

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, MLOps workflows, or GPU-based compute.
  • Familiarity with open-source ecosystems or technical influencer programs.
  • Experience supporting multi-product or multi-brand organizations.

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility)

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
