Support post-implementation revenue quality by auditing customer pricing and revenue capture, performing financial and operational analysis, building forecasts and business plans, developing processes and models for revenue metrics, and collaborating with operations and functional teams.
This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight Location several times per week.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
To provide support for revenue quality in post implementation focusing on customer pricing agreements, contract implementation and quality standards. Under direct supervision participate in the financial analysis of diverse business proposals, development of business plan/strategic plans and provide on-going guidance to management
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Utilizing FedEx Freight and enterprise systems, update, maintain and audit customer pricing information focusing on revenue growth and quality
- Audit and ensure revenue capture
- Under direct supervision participate in the preparation and analysis of data from multiple financial and operational systems, effectively summarizing and presenting results
- Support the production of forecasts, annual business plans / long range plans and incorporating current / historical information that aligns with company financial objectives
- Develop positive working relationships with functional departments and operations and be able to provide direct financial support
- Use, develop and maintain processes, information systems and software
- Use financial analysis, data management and modeling techniques to develop new capabilities around key revenue quality performance metrics
- Participate in special projects driven by current company needs or business conditions
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, sales or business plus one (1) year experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, sales, accounting or operations analysis/management
- Pricing experience and related analytic skills preferred
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact successfully with all management levels
- Problem solving skills
- Project management skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and/or financial support systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as the member of a team
