Title and Summary
Analyst, Technology Account Management
Overview• Provide technical account management support on MPGS (Payment Gateway) product.• Manage end-to-end technical and operational customer relationships.• Serve as the primary contact for all technical, system, and operational matters related to the Payment Gateway.• Build strong working relationships with internal delivery, customer support, product, and business teams.• Proactively identify opportunities by understanding customer technology landscapes and leveraging internal data assets.• Partner with business teams on pre-sales support, solution design, technical reviews, and operational reviews for designated customers.
Roles• Provide technical guidance and support to customers planning to integrate with the Payment Gateway.• Support customers through end-to-end Payment Gateway integration across multiple systems, platforms, and products.• Troubleshoot and resolve customer incidents, production issues, and technical inquiries.• Keep customers informed of rule changes, new products, tools, and services related to the Payment Gateway.• Conduct regular technical and operational reviews on Payment Gateway performance with customers.• Ensure customers understand relevant regulatory requirements, Mastercard mandates, and industry standards.• Collaborate with sales and business teams to convert leads and opportunities into onboarding initiatives.
All about you • BSc Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field• Strong knowledge of Payment Gateways, especially technical integration.• Experience providing technical support for Payment Gateway initiatives.• Experience integrating Payment Gateway solutions across multiple platforms and services.• Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, eCommerce/online shopping, and security standards such as EMV 3DS and PCI DSS.• Operational management experience working with acquirers and online/digital merchants.• Fluency in Chinese and Bahasa is an advantage.
