Manage Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs and proactively alerts the business for any trends or data issues.
Develop Looker dashboards, reporting and partners internally for any broader data initiatives.
Assist in the development of supply strategy initiatives by structuring complex problems, performing detailed analysis, developing compelling solutions and presenting recommendations to leadership
Collaborate with regional Supply Strategy, Supply Programs, and other multi-functional teams to achieve consistent reporting, GTM alignment, and meaningful insights based on well-articulated needs/gaps.
Run various regular and ad hoc analysis of key supply data including efficiency, pipeline, forecasting, rep performance, territory planning. Validate data for integrity, quality and accuracy. Support weekly, monthly & quarterly cadence of operating deliverables.
Use Big Query/SQL for data extraction, transformation and analyze data.
Work with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate these into reporting insights and increase data visibility.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of Sales/Supply Analytics experience
5+ years of experience in SQL, Reporting tools such as Looker/Tableau/Power BI
5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting & Insights, G-Suite to support and drive Sales or Supply teams.
Extensive experience doing data analysis, modeling, and/or financial analysis to support and drive business decisions.
Expertise in Sales forecasting, strategic insights, analytics, and reporting.
Demonstrable ability to partner effectively with supply leaders and stakeholders.
Focused and organized; able to work on multiple projects and priorities concurrently while prioritizing and executing effectively.
