Skills And Responsibilities: 

  •  Proven experience as an Android developer with a track record of delivering successful Android applications. 
  • Strong expertise in Java and Kotlin programming languages. 
  • Extensive knowledge of the Android SDK, different Android versions, and device screen sizes. 
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration of external APIs. 
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration, and deployment. 
  • Lead a team of Android developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and facilitating collaboration to ensure successful project delivery. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and contribute to the architecture and design of applications 
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced Android applications that meet coding standards, performance benchmarks, and user experience expectations. 
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Android development. 
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Android development. 
  • Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability. 
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. 
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and technical excellence. 

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

  • Minimum Compensation: USD 39000
  • Maximum Compensation: USD 156000
  • Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
  • Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
  • This position is also available for independent contractors
