About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the AI-driven systems that automatically create and refine content in a live production environment. The work covers model selection, agent orchestration and the backend infrastructure needed for dependable operation at scale, with the overall architecture still open to your influence.
What you'll do
- Build agents that convert a written brief into a working interactive web-based asset.
- Set up automated quality checks that catch faulty builds before a person has to.
- Develop pipelines that combine several media types to create short video content in varied formats and styles.
- Connect content generation to a recommendation and ranking system so output is tailored to each user.
- Analyze performance signals and feed them back to improve future output.
- Build orchestration, evaluation and reliability tooling so systems run dependably in production, not just in demos.
- Help define the technical approach and architecture as the system evolves.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
- A track record of taking AI systems built on language models or autonomous agents all the way into production, with real engineering depth beyond calling a hosted service.
- Backend depth across infrastructure, data and serving, end to end.
- Familiarity with a major cloud platform and common data stores.
- Comfort with ambiguity and helping shape an undefined architecture.
- A bias toward shipping in a fast-moving early-stage environment.
- Work authorization for a role based in San Francisco.
Bonus points
- Game development experience.
- Experience with generative video.
- Advertising technology experience.
