Job summary

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with 12+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise implementations across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys), and Project Operations.

The architect will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, complex customizations, integrations, and technical leadership across the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations implementations.

• Own Dataverse architecture including data model, security, performance, ALM, and extensibility strategy.

• Design and oversee complex customizations using plugins, custom APIs, client scripting, and PCF controls.

• Architect and govern integrations using Azure services and Power Platform.

• Produce architecture documentation including HLDs, LLDs, and integration diagrams.

• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across delivery teams.

Platform Extensibility & Development

• Hands-on experience developing Dataverse plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs using C#/.NET.

• Strong experience with client-side customization using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Expertise in building Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls using React and Fluent UI.

• Ability to design performant, reusable, and maintainable custom UI components.

Power Platform & Analytics

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, and Power Pages.

• Strong experience designing and delivering Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Experience establishing governance, security, and CI/CD practices for the Power Platform.

Data Integration & Azure

• Experience designing integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API-based patterns.

• Hands-on experience with SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data migration and ETL workloads.

• Ability to design scalable, secure enterprise integration architectures.

AI & Copilot Exposure

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

• Ability to identify practical AI-driven use cases such as productivity enhancements, automation, and insights.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM.

• Strong hands-on experience across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys), and Project Operations.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on .NET development using C#.

• Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks.

• Experience with Azure, Power Platform, SSIS, ADF, and Power BI.

Compensation Range:

$113,000.00 - $197,700.00

CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance. We are highly invested in every employee’s total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.
