Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sitecore Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the Sitecore platform, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security. As a Sitecore Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design:
- Lead the design and architecture of Sitecore solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Solution Development:
- Develop and implement Sitecore solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Integration and Customization:
- Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems and customize as needed.
- Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Performance Optimization:
- Optimize Sitecore implementations for performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Conduct performance tuning and monitoring to ensure optimal system response.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to address vulnerabilities.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Sitecore solutions.
- Proven experience in architecting and delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Sitecore CMS, including the latest versions.
- Strong knowledge of .NET development, C#, and related technologies.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Certifications:
- Sitecore certification(s) is a plus.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
