  • Participate on set and collaborate with photographers, directors, cinematographers, stylists, editors, production companies, and other creative partners.

  • Own day-to-day creative production for assigned projects, helping manage timelines, deliverables, reviews, risks, and final delivery in partnership with producers and project leads.

  • Concept, design, and build key campaign assets and marketing materials, working directly in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Translate campaign ideas into cohesive visual systems across digital, web, social, experiential, and other relevant touchpoints.

  • Provide clear, specific, and actionable feedback that strengthens the idea, improves craft, and moves the work forward.

  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high bar for creative quality, visual consistency, and attention to detail.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact, culturally relevant brand campaigns and visually driven creative work.

  • Ability to take creative from brief through concept, visual development, production, and final execution.

  • Strong art direction skills across photography, film, digital, web, social, and experiential work.

  • Hands-on design craft, including the ability to create production-ready visuals, decks, presentations, and campaign assets.

  • Exceptional eye for composition, typography, color, photography, motion, visual storytelling, and craft.

  • Strong understanding of photo and film production, including pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production.

  • Strong presentation, storytelling, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Ability to give concise, direct, and actionable conceptual and design feedback.

  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and make sound decisions with appropriate guidance.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with comfort working directly in files.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Background in luxury and/or technology, with an understanding of how to make emerging products feel desirable, human, and culturally relevant.

  • Experience developing integrated brand or product campaigns across photography, film, digital, social, web, and experiential channels.

  • Experience producing creative projects and managing production details from planning through delivery.
