The GLP-1 Team will contribute to Sandoz’ purpose to broaden access to affordable biologics for patients and as Assistant to the GLP-1 Platform, you will manage key meetings and support their outcome, oversee team budgets and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards—playing a key role in keeping the platform running smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Build and ensure alignment of the Team calendar across the platform.

  • Oversee monitoring of Platform goals and priorities.

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel.

  • Support corporate governance and compliance processes; prepare reports, agendas, minutes, and documentation for Platform meetings.

  • Oversee team budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and financial reporting.

  • Serve as a primary liaison between the platform and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years supporting senior leaders, preferably in a corporate or regulated environment.

  • Experience with budget management, POs, and invoices.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar tools, and financial tracking systems.

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment.

  • Fluent English language (written and spoken)
