Job Summary:

The Associate IT role is to support and maintain all related resources to ensure end-users can operate at peak efficiency. This position involves handling user escalations, investigating and deploying fixes, building and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, managing AD administration, VMWare/WVD support, mobile device management via Intune, and VPN connectivity troubleshooting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate prompts to improve AI-generated responses
  • Test outputs from AI systems and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze responses for accuracy, tone, relevance, and consistency
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams
  • Document best practices, patterns, and prompt strategies
  • Learn new AI tools and adapt to evolving technologies
  • Support development of use cases across domains (customer support, content generation, automation, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate (any field—Tech, Business, Humanities, etc.)
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Ability to experiment, iterate, and learn from feedback

Nice-to-have (not required):

  • Basic understanding of AI, ChatGPT, or large language models
  • Experience with writing, research, or content creation
  • Exposure to Python, APIs, or data tools (a plus, not mandatory)
  • Background in linguistics, psychology, journalism, or computer science
  

The salary range for this role is between:

85k
