As an Associate Consulting Services Project Manager | ECM, you will support the planning, management, and delivery of multiple client-facing projects. You will work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to help oversee the implementation of Enterprise Content Management software across a variety of industries. We are seeking applicants who are organized, customer-focused, and motivated to deliver results through strong communication and partnership.

What you will be doing:
  • Support customer projects and engagements from initial planning through installation.

  • Prepare and maintain project plans, project change requests, project lists, and other deliverables used to guide project execution.

  • Help manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and scope based on approved and agreed-upon requirements.

  • Track deliverables, outstanding issues, project decisions, and the status of project change requests.

  • Participate in weekly customer status calls and respond to client questions and requests in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional team members to maintain alignment and support successful project delivery.

  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and short-term assignments as needed.

What could set you apart:
  • 1+ years’ applicable experience with demonstrated project management knowledge or success.

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Project Management Professional certification preferred.

  • Occasional client facing travel

    Range:

    Minimum: $71,000 USD Maximum: $114,000 USD

    The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
