About The Position | Major goals and objectives and location requirements
As Associate Director, Creative Production & Development, you focus on shaping and producing original video for Food & Wine and other food brands’ YouTube channels. The role blends creative direction with hands-on production. You develop and pitch platform-native concepts, direct talent and crews, and guide edits through final delivery. You own the full creative lifecycle for assigned series and one-offs, making sure every video feels fresh, reflects the brand’s voice, and supports measurable YouTube growth.
You operate as a senior creative lead within the Lifestyle team, dedicated to delivering standout video across formats featuring both well-known and emerging talent. You thrive in constrained environments, consistently doing more with less by finding inventive solutions that deliver high-quality work without sacrificing speed or standards. You’re the creative engine for your productions and a key voice in shaping how brands show up on YouTube.
