The RoleIEQ Capital is looking for a motivated Associate Director to join our growing Human Capital Team. This role will work closely with the Managing Director of Human Capital, the Chief Client Officer and the Chief Financial Officer to execute day-to-day Human Capital needs. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Stay up to date on local and federal rules and regulations for multi-state locations to maintain compliance in all HR activities.
- Manage employee interactions and performance management.
- Assist HR Director with Leave Administration.
- Use HRIS system to effectively manage all employee data and provide analytical reports.
- Assist in a variety of employee and firm-wide recognition initiatives; birthdays, kudos, firm-wide anniversary gifts etc.,
- Conduct frequent HR audits to guarantee data accuracy, policy compliance, and overall HR effectiveness.
- Event coordination; plays a major role in coordinating firm-wide and team specific events.
- Help maintain performance evaluation systems and other professional coaching programs.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives: identify, research, present, and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the Human Capital department and/or company policies.
- Work with Managing Director of Human Capital on department projects, initiatives, and presentations as needed.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting fast-paced, high-performing Human Resources team.
- Experience with helping implement HR programs and initiatives.
- Candidate must thrive and be able to keep up with an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
- High-level of integrity and discretion is a must.
- Experience anticipating needs and issues.
- Must have high attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship building skills both inside and outside of the organization.
- "No task is too small” mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience with Greenhouse and TriNet is a plus.
The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on skills and experience.
