Position Responsibilities:
- Develop plans for customer activities with appropriate supervision.
- Execute logistics including badging, parking passes, transportation, rental car reservations, hotel reservations, catering, and tours.
- Use knowledge of company resources and vendor services to execute plans.
- Implement logistics and business courtesies in accordance with company policies and procedures, protocols, and U.S. and foreign government guidelines.
- Make recommendations and revisions during visit preparation and maintenance process in order to satisfy customer and event requirements.
- Assist with logistics for business meetings, customer events, and deliveries (can be on-site or at an off-site location).
- Ensure administrative tasks associated with coordinating visits, including accurate and timely submittal of invoices, is complete.
- Compare invoice data (estimates vs. actuals) to identify and report anomalies.
- Prepare domestic and international shipments.
- May be asked to track data and provide status reports for special events, deliveries, and customer engagements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers/suppliers.
- Negotiate and identify requirements and communicate to key personnel.
- Provide coverage when senior Customer Relations Specialists requests assistance either for the remainder of the day or per the manager's discretion.
- Provide coverage for coworkers who are out of the office for various lengths of time.
- Partner with Boeing Commercial Airplanes Customer Relations team members from other sites including Everett and Charleston as well as those located in Southern California, and London.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ year experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel domestically as well as internationally
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- 3+ year experience in a customer facing role engaging with internal or external customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in organizing, planning and facilitating large scale events
